UPC-E is a compact barcode representation for eligible UPC numbers. It uses zero suppression to represent a compatible UPC-A number in a smaller symbol. Not every UPC-A number qualifies. This editor expects the full 8-digit UPC-E input: a number-system digit, six data digits and the final check digit. See the GS1 General Specifications for the underlying format.
When a product already has an approved UPC-E identifier, copy the complete value into the editor and compare it with the product record. Do not type an arbitrary six-digit SKU or remove zeros yourself. Test the scanner's output in your receiving software, because scanner settings can expand UPC-E to UPC-A.

Yes. A personal account and each non-Premium Workspace can create three Barcodes. Archiving a Barcode does not free a creation slot; Premium allows additional creations. Creating, editing or downloading a Barcode does not start the seven-day trial. The trial begins with the first QR code or Smart Link in that scope. The barcode itself retains its directly encoded value when a trial ends; it has no managed redirect to keep active.
