What is a URL QR code and how does it work

A URL QR code is a QR code containing an address that a compatible reader can offer to open. Web addresses follow the RFC 3986 URI specification and the WHATWG URL Standard. QR Code AI uses a managed address for website destinations, allowing updates without changing the printed code while the connected service is active. Use the dedicated email or phone type for those actions.

For a restaurant flyer, use the online ordering page as the destination and add “Scan to order” beside the code.
